RETURNS

Returns are accepted 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange after this. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received and in its original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including the perishable food products sold in The Pit Crew Shop. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please email help@cheribundi.com, detailing the reason for the return, the item(s) you're returning, and the order number the items are associated with. A pre-paid return label will be emailed to you once the return is processed. Please return back to our fulfillment center:

Once your return is processed, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75.00, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds/Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be accepted if: (1) The product arrived to the customer damaged. Please have photos of the shipping box and any of the damaged product contents available when contacting us. (2) There is an issue with the quality of the product received. (3) If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days per your financial institution's processing times.

We offer exchanges if the item(s) you ordered arrive damaged or defective, or you need a different size. Exchanged goods will not qualify for a refund. To initiate an exchange, please email help@cheribundi.com with your order number and the reason(s) for the exchange.

Once a pre-paid return label has been issued and emailed to you, please make sure to send back any items you're returning within 30 days to avoid being charged (return address is listed above). Your exchange order will be processed as soon as it's received so you can get your new item(s) ASAP!

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after we've confirmed one, first check your with your bank then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded at this time.

Returning a Gift

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at pitcrewshop@anthembranding.com as soon as possible. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, your order has been confirmed and can not be canceled for a refund.
